The Sandpoint Sangha seeks to be an inclusive and diverse community practicing mindfulness meditation by studying Buddhist teachings illuminating a path of wisdom and compassion for everyday life. Our intention is to integrate and manifest wisdom and compassion in all aspects of our lives for the benefit of all beings.
Over the years we have developed an active community of meditation, organizing events and retreats, meeting regularly, and sharing in the joy of mindful living. Many of our teachings are passed on to us through the guiding work of Frank Ostaseski. More about Frank, his work, our journey, and insightful meditation can be found right here.
